Tianjin Meixing Architectural Design Institute has incorporated with Meilong Engineering Structures Design Institute and Meiheng Mechanical & Electrical Design Institute to become a comprehensive design team, which is a specialized design unit with independent corporate capacity and ability to take civil liability, mainly engaging in architectural engineering design, city planning design and engineering consultation. We have a group of experienced designers with strong technological capacity and sense of responsibility, most of them are senior engineers and National First-class Registered Engineers; all key technical personnel have more than ten-year experiences in design. Most of them took charge of design work for large-scale complex projects and a lot of projects won prizes of the local and ministries and commissions. Meanwhile, the institute is fully equipped with software and hardware units provide strong technical guarantee for improving design quality, shortening design cycle time and reducing design and construction costs, and then we have obtained favorable comment from clients.
In order to ensure the engineering design quality, we formulated perfect quality management system, administrative rules and regulations, and formulated complete quality control measures such as construction drawing design, correction, examination and verification as well as approval etc. throughout the whole design activities. The process control system of ISO9000 quality management is strictly implemented, the files transferred between different sections will be signed and filed up as specified, sticking to pay a return visit regularly for accomplished projects and assisting the clients to conduct maintenance, inspection and repair work during using period.

We started our business with pre-fabricated metal building systems in the year of 2001. In the early of 2004, we won class A certificate qualification in engineering design. By the end of 2004, we finally became a comprehensive design institute, and we focus on building design work since then.
Today, our institute is comprised of 6 sections with almost 50 employees. More than 20 state registered engineers and senior engineers are experienced in the fields of architecture, structure, mechanical, electrical and security systems. We can also provide design service in green building and guide in construction practice by client’s requirements. We carry out ISO9000 system in our quality control.
